New York, NY

Shopify design and development for New York brands.

Looking for a Shopify agency in New York? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.

Selling from New York

The East Coast's biggest port, and the trade shows that set the year.

New York is where a lot of product lands and where a lot of buyers meet it. The dated points carry their year.

Paid + SEO · efficiency

Spending less on ads, and getting more back from them.

Cabi is a national women's apparel brand whose previous agency had scaled ad spend well past what it returned. If you're somewhere in the tri-state area paying more every month for the same revenue, it's the same job.

The brief was to cut wasted spend and improve what each dollar brought back at the same time — the opposite of how most accounts are run. Feed cleanup, segmented campaigns and the platforms' own automation on top did most of it.

And a migration, start to finish

Modern Prairie

A premium lifestyle brand moved off WooCommerce onto a custom Shopify theme, then email and paid built from zero — still running three years later. If your New York store is on a legacy platform, this is what moving off it looks like.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.

A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.

Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.

Questions, New York edition.

Are you actually in New York?

We're a remote agency, so there's no office to visit anywhere — ours or anyone else's. Our people are spread across the US and we run on video calls, which is how we'd work with you whether you were in Tribeca or Tucson. If you want somebody in the room for a kickoff or a shoot, New York is an easy trip and we'll make it.

We sell wholesale as well as direct. Does that complicate the store?

No — it changes what the store has to do rather than whether it can. If NY NOW at the Javits is where you meet buyers, your site is where they reorder and where their customers look you up, so wholesale pricing, gated accounts and a retail storefront share one Shopify setup. The tidier that boundary is, the less your team spends reconciling two versions of the same catalog.

We're in Brooklyn and everything is on a legacy platform. Where do we start?

With the migration, and with the redirects — in that order. Years of trading means URLs that already rank and order history worth carrying over, and that's the part a cheap migration quietly drops.

We're exhibiting at NY NOW in early 2027. What should the store have ready?

A wholesale route that works the night a buyer looks you up. NY NOW's winter market is January 31 – February 2, 2027, so by late January you want a trade inquiry form that goes to a person, wholesale pricing behind a login, and a line-sheet page you can point to from the booth — plus a way to keep every email you collect.

We make a specialty food and we're going to Summer Fancy Food in July 2027. When do we start?

In the spring. The show is July 25–27, 2027 in New York, and the store is where distributors and shop owners check you out afterwards — so the product pages, the wholesale ask and the photography should be finished before you pack the booth, not the week after.

Where we work

All five boroughs, plus North Jersey and Long Island.

New York spills across a state line, and so does the market — a Jersey City brand and a Brooklyn brand are solving the same problem on the same timeline. We treat the tri-state area as one market, because the brands in it already do.

We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
