Every price on this site says "from" because that's what it means: a starting point. Final scope and pricing are quoted on a call and confirmed in a written agreement. Adding a service to your plan creates no obligation for either of us — the receipt even says so.

§02 · Results are examples, not promises

Any number still wearing a “Sample” tag is a placeholder — we haven't sourced it or gotten the client's sign-off yet, so don't rely on it. The approved numbers describe one specific project over a stated stretch of time. Your store, market, and margins are different. We never guarantee outcomes — anyone who does is selling something else.

The design, copy, illustrations, and the pixel dog are Golden Digital's. The 20-point audit checklist is deliberately free — steal that one. Golden Digital® is a registered U.S. trademark, and that one we do keep. Client work shown remains the property of the respective clients.

We keep this site fast, accurate, and working. If something breaks anyway, our liability is limited to fixing it. Trademark note: Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, and Meta are trademarks of their respective owners; partner badges describe real partnership status, nothing more.

Who you're dealing with, and whose law applies

This site is run by Golden Digital LLC, 307 W Freedley St, Norristown, PA 19401. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute about this site belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The agreement we both sign for actual work has its own terms, and where the two disagree, that one wins.
