Do we need a full rebuild, or just a retheme?
Sometimes a retheme is enough — that's a smaller project and we'll say so. The audit tells us which. We don't sell rebuilds to stores that need a tune-up.
Can you migrate us off WooCommerce or WordPress?
Yes — products, customers, order history, and the SEO you've earned. We've moved brands off both without losing their rankings.
Who owns the store when it's done?
You do. Code, design files, docs — it's your store, with no retainer required. The manual comes in the box.
What if we hate the design?
You'll see it long before it's built. Direction first, then real pages you can click, every week — so “I hate it” happens in week two over Slack, not in week ten over email.
Do we have to sign up for a retainer?
No. The build is a one-time project — keys, manual, and everything you own at the end. Ongoing help is a separate, optional Shopify Growth retainer if you want it.
