Buffalo, NY
Shopify design and development for Buffalo brands.
Looking for a Shopify agency in Buffalo? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.
Twenty minutes from downtown.
Selling from Buffalo
Dairy, a thousand food makers, and four bridges to Ontario.
Western New York makes a lot of what people eat, and it sits on the busiest stretch of the Canadian border. Each point links to its source.
New York's dairy leader
New York is America's fourth-largest dairy-producing state, and Buffalo Niagara is the state's top producer of dairy products.

Four bridges to Canada
Beside Buffalo's Peace Bridge, the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission operates three more crossings into Ontario: the Rainbow, Whirlpool Rapids and Lewiston-Queenston bridges.

Off WooCommerce · still compounding
A migration that became a three-year growth program.
Modern Prairie makes premium apparel, home décor and quilting supplies, and was stuck on WooCommerce with nothing emailing a customer automatically. Buffalo brands built on making things often hit the same wall: the product outgrows the platform.
We moved it to Shopify on a custom, mobile-first theme, then turned on the automatic emails and built paid from zero — and we're still running both.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.
A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.
Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.
Questions, Buffalo edition.
Are you actually in Buffalo?
We're a remote agency, so there's no office to visit anywhere — ours or anyone else's. Our people are spread across the US and we run on video calls, which is how we'd work with you either way. If you want somebody in the room for a kickoff, western New York is a drive from our home base outside Philadelphia, not a flight.
We sell into Canada as well. Does that complicate the store?
It is worth setting up properly rather than bolting on. A Buffalo brand often has real Canadian demand before it has a second warehouse, and the currency, what a Canadian actually pays at the door and the checkout language all have to agree with each other — cheap at build time, tedious afterwards.
Winter kills our foot traffic. Does that hurt online too?
Usually the reverse. A long Buffalo winter pushes people indoors and online, so the months that are worst for a shop are often the best for a store — which is an argument for having the email calendar loaded before November rather than during it.
We make a dairy or frozen product around Buffalo. Can that sell online?
Yes, with the store built around the cold chain rather than in spite of it. That means shipping days that avoid a package sitting over a weekend, rates that price in the insulated box, and a delivery area you're honest about. Buffalo Niagara leads New York for dairy, so you won't be the first to have solved it.
We sell wholesale to shops across western New York. Should the store sell to them too?
It can, and it's usually tidier than email orders. A wholesale login with its own prices, minimums and reorder button sits on the same Shopify store as retail — which matters in a food cluster of more than a thousand companies, where your buyers are comparing you with the maker down the road on how easy you are to reorder from.
Where we work
Buffalo, Niagara Falls and the rest of western New York.
Buffalo is a border city with cheap industrial space and a genuinely long winter, which is why so many brands here are built on making or storing things rather than on foot traffic.
We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
