Columbus, OH
Shopify design and development for Columbus brands.
Looking for a Shopify agency in Columbus? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.
The arches came back in 2002.
Selling from Columbus
A fashion city, a cargo airport and a very large campus.
Columbus is more than a test market. These are the conditions a brand here is selling in, each with where it comes from.
Designers, per head
Experience Columbus reported in 2016 that Columbus had the third-highest concentration of fashion designers in the country, behind only New York and Los Angeles.

An airport built for cargo
Rickenbacker International, one of the Columbus Regional Airport Authority's airports, is run as a cargo-focused airport.
A campus the size of a town
Ohio State's total enrollment reached 67,255 students in autumn 2025, with 8,210 new first-year students at its Columbus campus.

Graduation · back-to-school · gifting
Ads built around the moments a student city runs on.
Stuffed States makes state-shaped plush — a hug from home for college students, transplants and proud locals. Columbus has more of the first group than most places, and a calendar shaped around them.
We launched Google Ads around graduation, America 250 and back-to-school, and built the creative on the joke and the feeling rather than the discount.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.
A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.
Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.
Questions, Columbus edition.
Are you actually in Columbus?
We're a remote agency — home base is Norristown, Pennsylvania, on the same Eastern clock as you — so there's no Columbus office to visit. Our people are spread across the US and everything runs on video calls, whether you're in the Short North or out in Dublin.
Columbus gets used as a test market. Should we lean into that?
If you sell locally, yes — it is genuinely useful to have customers who will tell you the truth before you scale. What it does not do is predict how the same product sells to a stranger online, which is a different and harder question the store has to answer on its own.
Our customers are mostly students. How does that change the plan?
It makes the calendar matter more than the average. A Columbus brand selling to students has a year with a hard September and a dead July, so the email program should be built around that shape rather than a flat monthly cadence, and the entry price point does more work than the hero product.
We're a small fashion label. What should the store do that Instagram can't?
Close the sale. Columbus has one of the highest concentrations of fashion designers in the country, so talent is rarely the problem here — the problem is a feed that sends people to a store that makes them guess their size. Fit notes, photos on more than one body and an easy exchange do more for a small label than another launch post.
Half our fans graduate and leave town. Is that a problem?
Only if you let them go without an email address. With tens of thousands of students cycling through Ohio State, a Columbus brand's early fans end up all over the country — and someone who's moved away can only keep buying online. Collect the address at the counter or the pop-up, and the store keeps the fan the city lost.
Where we work
Columbus and the ring of suburbs around it.
Columbus is a retail test market by reputation and a student city by population, which is a strange and useful combination: brands here get honest feedback early and cheap.
We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
