New Orleans, LA

Shopify design and development for New Orleans brands.

Looking for a Shopify agency in New Orleans? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.

Selling from New Orleans

A city of visitors, and a calendar built around them.

Selling from New Orleans means selling to people who are only here for a few days. Each point links to where it comes from.

  • Visitors, by the million

New Orleans had 19.46 million visitors in 2025, who spent $10.8 billion, according to the city's tourism marketing organization.

  • Mardi Gras comes early in 2027

Mardi Gras Day falls on Tuesday, February 9 in 2027 — it moves every year, because it's always 47 days before Easter.

  • Jazz Fest, two weekends

Email · between purchases

Keeping a customer close between one purchase and the next.

Davin & Adley sells pumping and nursing bras, bought at a vulnerable, busy moment where the relationship really lives in the inbox. A New Orleans brand selling to visitors has its own version of that: the first sale happens in person, and email is how there's a second.

We built launches worth opening, care and styling content between offers, and a template system that made every send unmistakably the brand's own.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.

A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.

Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.

Questions, New Orleans edition.

Are you actually in New Orleans?

We're a remote agency, so there's no office to visit anywhere — ours or anyone else's. Our people are spread across the US and we run on video calls, which is how we'd work with you either way — Mardi Gras week included.

Most of our sales happen in person to visitors. Can a store change that?

Yes, and it is the highest-leverage thing a New Orleans brand can do. Someone who bought from you on Royal Street is a customer you will probably never see again unless you captured the email — the store's real job is turning a one-time visitor into someone who reorders from Ohio in March.

Hurricane season could close our shop for a while. How do we plan around that?

By making the quiet weeks do something. The Atlantic season runs June 1 to November 30, so a New Orleans brand can build for it in advance: a store and email calendar that run without anyone in the building — pre-orders, honest ship dates and a list that keeps earning while the shop is closed.

Mardi Gras is early in 2027. When does the store need to be ready?

Before January, not in it. Mardi Gras Day is February 9 in 2027, so the whole run-up lands in the first weeks of the year, when you'll be too busy to change anything. Get the season's stock loaded, the ship-by dates written plainly on the product page, and the email calendar scheduled while December is still quiet.

Jazz Fest is two weekends. Does the week in between matter?

It's the most useful week you've got. In 2027 it's April 22–25 and April 29–May 2, so people who found you on the first weekend are still in town, or just home, midweek. Send a short email then — what you had at the booth, what's online, what ships — and you get a second sale before the festival's even over.

Where we work

New Orleans and the parishes around it.

New Orleans sells more to visitors than almost any city its size, and a brand here often has two businesses in one: the thing tourists buy in person and the thing locals reorder.

We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
