Nashville, TN

Shopify design and development for Nashville brands.

Looking for a Shopify agency in Nashville? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.

Email · owning the audience

Moving the relationship off social and into the inbox.

Davin & Adley makes pumping and nursing bras for moms, and its launches deserved more than a social post. For a Nashville brand built on somebody's personal following, that's the real question: what happens to sales in the weeks nobody posts.

We ran their email across 2023–24 — launches, restocks, holiday editions, care guides — so every drop reached the list directly, on the brand's schedule rather than the algorithm's.

And a store built around a founder

A Brighter Year

A founder-led idea turned into a custom Shopify store, later rebuilt from the ground up, with an email list grown from free pages rather than a feed. Useful for a Nashville brand that wants its audience somewhere it owns.

Selling from Nashville

Music City's audience, and the interstates that cross it.

What's actually different about selling from Nashville, each with where it comes from.

  • Music is the specialty

Nashville had the highest concentration of music industry employment of any U.S. metro in 2019, by the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce's 2020 industry report.

  • Six interstate legs

Nashville is one of only four U.S. cities where six interstate legs converge inside the city limits — I-65, I-40 and I-24, each running both ways.

  • A visitor economy

16.9 million daily and overnight visitors came to Davidson County in 2024, and the county ranks first in Tennessee for visitor spending.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.

A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.

Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.

Questions, Nashville edition.

Are you actually in Nashville?

Not in the Gulch, no. We're a remote agency and our home base is Norristown, Pennsylvania, with a team scattered across the country, so there's no Nashville office. Central Time sits comfortably inside our day, and everything runs on video calls either way.

Our brand is built on a personal following. Does that change the store?

It changes what the store is for. When the audience already trusts a person, the site's job is conversion and repeat rather than persuasion — so the email program matters more than the ad account, and the product page can be shorter than a cold-traffic store would need.

What happens if the founder stops posting?

That is the Nashville question, and it is worth answering before it happens. A brand entirely dependent on one person's reach has a single point of failure, and the fix is owning the list — email and SMS are the only channels that survive a platform changing its mind about you.

We sell merch to fans. Does a music brand need a different store?

It needs a store that can take a rush. Fan merch sells in bursts — an announcement, a tour date, a release — so the whole crowd shows up at once wanting one thing. That means drops set up ahead of time, stock that can't oversell, and an email and SMS list that hears the news before social does. In the metro with the densest music workforce in the country, that's a lot of brands with the same problem.

Visitors find us while they're in town. How do we sell to them once they're home?

Get the email before they leave. Davidson County drew 16.9 million visitors in 2024, and most of yours won't walk past the shop again, so the address at the till, a card in the bag pointing at the online store, and a welcome email with the thing they didn't have room to carry home do more than another ad would.

Where we work

Nashville and the counties it has spread into.

A brand built on somebody's personal audience has a real asset and a real fragility at once, and the store has to be designed knowing which one it is on any given month.

We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
