Every launch, restock, and drop landed in the inbox first.

01 · The challenge

What was holding growth back.

Davin & Adley makes modern pumping and nursing bras that moms are actually excited to wear — a considered, sized, emotional purchase where trust does most of the selling.

The calendar was full of moments that deserved more than a social post: new styles like the Ella, restocks of the bestselling Amelia, holiday editions, and the everyday rituals of wearing and caring for the product. Each needed to reach the list in the brand’s own voice, consistently, without burning it out.

02 · What changed

One system, built in layers.

01

A launch channel

New products arrived in the inbox first — the new Ella bralette launched with its own offer and code, built around the brand’s photography.

02

A campaign calendar

Restocks, holiday editions like the Ruby Amelia, and seasonal styling moments, planned and sent as a steady rhythm rather than one-off blasts.

03

Education that sells softly

Care guides — how to wash and store a bralette, step by step — and styling content that kept the list warm between drops.

04

A design system for the inbox

Templates matched to the brand’s palette and photography, so every send looked like Davin & Adley and nothing else.

03 · The results

The receipt.

What shipped is on this page: two years of launches, restocks, holiday editions, and care rituals, written and designed to sound like the brand down to the launch codes.

This engagement predates the reporting standard the rest of these case studies follow, so its performance figures are held until they can be re-verified and signed off by the client — the receipt stays honest, even when that means leaving the total blank.

04 · Why it worked

The system behind the program.

For a product bought at a vulnerable, busy moment of life, the inbox is where the relationship actually lives. The program treated it that way: launches worth opening, education between offers, and a visual system that made every send unmistakably the brand’s.
