Shopify design and development for Greenville brands.
Looking for a Shopify agency in Greenville? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.

First ads · Shopify and tracking
A second sales channel for a brand that grew offline first.
Pumpin Pal grew on word of mouth and loyal customers before it ran a single ad. Plenty of Greenville brands start the same way, with the shop on the street and the website added later.
We moved the store to Shopify and wired up tracking that shows which ad made each sale before real budget went in, then scaled the campaigns on what it showed.

Mill country, with a train to the coast every night.
The Upstate's history is textiles and its present is freight. Here's what that means in numbers, each with a source.
An inland port on I-85
Inland Port Greer sits on I-85, 212 miles inland from Charleston and roughly halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte.

Overnight to Charleston
A dedicated Norfolk Southern train runs six days a week between Greer and the Port of Charleston, with overnight service in both directions.

Built on textiles
By 1930 South Carolina ranked second only to North Carolina in cotton textiles, with its mills clustered in a belt centered on Greenville and Spartanburg.

Two metros, one region
The Census Bureau counts Greenville and Spartanburg as separate metro areas, joined in one Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson combined area.

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.
A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.
Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.
Questions, Greenville edition.
Are you actually in Greenville?
We're a remote agency, so there's no office to visit anywhere — ours or anyone else's. Our people are spread across the US and we run on video calls, which is how we'd work with you either way. Our nearest client is in Waxhaw, North Carolina, a couple of hours up the road — close for the Southeast, and still a different state, so we'll say so.
We have a shop on Main Street. Does the website even matter?
It matters most for the customers who already found you. A Greenville brand with real foot traffic has the expensive part solved, and the site's job is catching the people who visited once and live three states away — which is an email problem more than a design one.
Textiles used to be everything here. Does that history help?
It helps if you are actually making something, and not at all if you are borrowing the story. Upstate brands with a real supply chain behind them have something specific to say on a product page; 'Southern heritage' with nothing under it reads as decoration.
Should our ads cover Spartanburg and Anderson, or just Greenville?
Cover the Upstate. The Census splits Greenville and Spartanburg into two metros, then joins them back into one combined area, which is roughly how people here drive and shop along I-85. Start with the whole stretch, and give Spartanburg its own line only once the numbers show it behaving differently.
Does being next to an inland port help if we sell online?
It helps the part of the business nobody sees. Containers from Charleston ride an overnight train to Greer six days a week, so an Upstate brand that imports is close to where its stock lands. On the site, that should show up as fewer sold-out pages — and when you do run short, a back-in-stock email that reaches people while they still want the thing.
Where we work
Greenville, Spartanburg and the rest of the Upstate.
Greenville rebuilt its downtown around a waterfall and got a genuine small-city retail scene out of it, so the brands here often start with a physical shop and add the website later.
We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
