Dallas, TX

Shopify design and development for Dallas brands.

Looking for a Shopify agency in Dallas? Start with what actually needs doing: build the store, redesign the one you've outgrown, or market it once it's live with ads, email, search and testing. For brands doing six to eight figures a year.

Selling from DFW

Where North Texas buys wholesale, and how its freight moves.

Dallas is where a lot of the country's gift and home trade comes to buy, and where a lot of its freight changes trucks. Each point links to where it comes from.

  • Four interstates meet

North Texas sits at the crossroads of four major interstates — I-20, I-30, I-35 and I-45 — and its regional planning council calls DFW one of the largest inland ports in the nation.

  • An inland port south of downtown

The International Inland Port of Dallas spans about 76,000 acres across five cities, with a 360-acre Union Pacific intermodal terminal and foreign trade zone sites.

  • The January buying market

Dallas Market Center's Total Home & Gift Market, where retailers buy home décor, gifts, gourmet, housewares, accessories and lighting, runs January 6–12, 2027.

Prospecting vs. remarketing

One ad budget, split so each audience got its own.

Cabi is a national women's apparel brand whose paid program had stopped paying for itself. People who'd never bought and people who had were being sold to with the same budget and the same message.

We split prospecting from remarketing on both Google and Meta — the same instinct as treating Dallas and Fort Worth as two markets. Different people get different messages, and separate budgets.

Start here

Get the store built — or get the one you have selling better.

A build is one project: the design and theme, your catalog, the move off whatever you’re on now, and a launch somebody watches. From $10,000 one-time, and you own every bit of it.

Already on Shopify? Shopify Growth keeps the store improving month to month, from $2,250/mo. Ads, email, search and testing go on top when they’ll pay for themselves.

Questions, Dallas edition.

Are you actually in Dallas?

We're a remote agency, so there's no office to visit anywhere — ours or anyone else's. Our people are spread across the US and we run on video calls, which is how we'd work with you either way. There's no Metroplex address to put on a map, and we'd rather tell you that than dress one up.

Dallas and Fort Worth are different markets. Does that change the work?

Not the build, but sometimes the ads. If your customers are concentrated on one side of the Metroplex, that's a targeting decision worth making deliberately rather than defaulting to the whole DFW blob and paying for reach you don't want.

Is Dallas a hard market to stand out in?

Online, you're not competing with Dallas — you're competing with everyone. What being in Dallas actually changes is your cost base and your talent pool, not your search results. The brands here that do well tend to have a sharp category rather than a big city behind them.

We're showing at Total Home & Gift Market in January. Should the store be ready first?

Yes. The 2027 market runs January 6–12, and a buyer who liked your showroom will look you up that evening. Have a wholesale page that goes to a real inbox, a line sheet they can download, and wholesale pricing kept away from the retail pages — plus a way to keep in touch with the shoppers who find you through a stockist later.

Our warehouse is out by the inland port. What should the store say about shipping?

What you can actually keep. Four interstates meet here, so a DFW warehouse has more ways out than most — but a delivery estimate should come from your own carrier data by region, not from the map. Put it on the product page, and connect the 3PL to Shopify so stock and tracking update without anyone retyping them.

Where we work

Dallas, Fort Worth and everything between them.

Dallas and Fort Worth are two cities pretending to be one metro, and a brand in Plano behaves nothing like one in the Design District. The area list is wider here for that reason.

We’re a remote agency with a home base in Norristown, Pennsylvania — the team is spread across the country, with a good chunk of it on the west coast. Everything runs on video calls, so you get the same people and the same hours whether you’re downtown or an hour out of it.
